This combination package offers three of Body-Solid's most popular pieces of workout equipment in the GDIB46L PowerCenter Combo Bench, GPCA1 Preacher Curl Station, and GLRA81 Lat Row Attachment. The PowerCenter Combo Bench offers flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, 90-degree shoulder press, and seated leg developer exercises in one versatile piece. Multi-position, telescoping uprights safely hold the bar for bench exercises, while pop-pin adjustable DuraFirm seat and back pads are extra-thick, comfortable, and will never bottom out. A heavy 12-gauge, four-side welded high tensile steel mainframe design is durable and stable in the extreme. Once you've completed your upper body workout, you can strengthen, tone, and develop your knee, thigh, hamstring, and gluteal muscles with the included six-roller Leg Extension and Leg Curl Station. Its thick, oversized foam rollers provide complete comfort through heavy lower body routines.
